How many hours should I book entertainment for?
How long you should book our services for would depend on the amount of guests attending your event.
At Pais Flare Parties, we want to ensure that each guests gets the opportunity to have at least one item of every service you hire.
For example, if you hired one of our Balloon Twisters and you have 15 kids attending, we want to ensure that all 15 kids gets at least one balloon creation each.
Check out our service page where we inform you of how many creations we can complete per hour for each service.
I need to book something ASAP! What's the fastest way to book?
Need an emergency Balloon Twister at 1pm tomorrow?? No time to talk over the phone?? Need to know exactly how much you’re paying and you need to book and pay right now? At Paris Flare Parties, booking an entertainer has never been easier with out “Book Now” page.

***There will be an additional $30 charge for all bookings scheduled within 48 hours of your event ***
How do I know the Face Painters, Glitter Tattoos Artists and Airbrush Tattoos Artist will use products that are skin safe?
At Paris Flare Parties, we make safety our priority over all else. The products that we use are industry standard and are hypoallergenic. We are transparent and open about all of the products we use and we follow very strict onsite sanitation protocols. Check out each service page for more detailed information on our products and onsite sanitation protocols.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. At Paris Flare Parties, we value integrity and we are transparent about exactly how much you will be paying for your entertainment package.
See all of the additional fees below that may apply to your booking:
- Travel Fee. Some areas do require an additional travel fee however, each location’s fee is listed right on our “Price” page.
- Last Minute Booking Fee. There will be an additional charge of $30 for all events booked less than 48 hours before your event. This applies to self scheduled bookings under the “Book Now” page.
- HST. We collect 13% tax off of every sale.
I already booked and paid my deposit. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my party due to unforeseen circumstances. What is the cancellation policy for Paris Flare Parties?
Once you’ve paid the deposit, you have up until 48 hours to cancel your booked event date. Afterwards, your deposit will be held on your file until your next party date. The hold doesn’t expire and you may apply your deposit to any party that you have in the future.
