How long should I book for?
First, click on a caricature category. It will lead you to our booking calculator. Select the range of guests attending who will be getting caricatures at your party and… VOILA!
You will instantly get the recommended duration for this service. Then either click “Book Now” or “Email me this Quote” to advance your process.
I need to book something ASAP! What's the fastest way to book?
Need an emergency Balloon Decorations? No time to talk over the phone?? Need to know exactly how much you’re paying and you need to book and pay right now?
No problem, at Paris Flare Parties, booking an entertainer has never been easier with out Live Calendar Availability
1. Click on a Balloon Decoration Package
2. Select from preassembled colour schemes and styles.
3. Check your date and start time on our entertainer availability yourself with our smart calendar.
3. Agree to the terms and conditions
4. Pay the deposit.
Then, YOU’RE BOOKED! It’s simple and easy.
How many Caricatures can fit on one page?
Have a large group of people who want to a fun group shot? No problem!
Our artist can draw up to 8 people on the one page (their heads will be smaller though!)
1 person = 1 caricature.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. At Paris Flare Parties, we value integrity and we are transparent about exactly how much you will be paying for your entertainment package.
See all of the additional fees below that may apply to your booking:
- Travel Fee. Some areas do require an additional travel fee however, each location’s fee is listed right on our “Price” page.
- Last Minute Booking Fee. There will be an additional charge of $30 for all events booked less than 48 hours before your event. This applies to self scheduled bookings under the “Book Now” page.
- HST. We collect 13% tax off of every sale.
I already booked and paid my deposit. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my party due to unforeseen circumstances. What is the cancellation policy for Paris Flare Parties?
Once you’ve paid the deposit, you have up until 48 hours to cancel your booked event date. Afterwards, your deposit will be held on your file until your next party date. The hold doesn’t expire and you may apply your deposit to any party that you have in the future.
I'm worried that some guests may be offended by the exaggerations
Valid concern! Our artists are talented and funny however, we are extremely mindful of making sure each guest has a great time.
We have a conversation with your guests first and ask them how they feel about exaggerations.If they don’t explicitly ask us to roast them, we always make them look good in a fun cartoony way.

My Party is outdoors. What set up does the Caricature Artist need from me?
Caricature Artist can walk and draw or be stationed.
We would appreciate shade, 2 chairs and 1 table however, we are portable and are able to stroll around your party and twist for your guests.
Keep in mind, our equipment doesn’t work in the rain.
